Constituent Assembly
Rome, November 7th-10th 1991
The International Congress on CA and the IV IFCA Assembly appeal to us all to thank the Lord for those who, as far back as October 1987, on the occasion of the Synod on the Vocation and Mission of the Laity in the Church and in the world, encouraged the setting up of IFCA and supported and promoted CA on the lines indicated in Christifideles laici 30 and 31.
We would like to remember, in a special way, Card. Eduardo F. Pironio (+1998), who, as President of the Pontifical Council for the laity, gave this presentation during the IFCA Constitutional Assembly in November 1991.
